“I Said, ‘You Don’t'” Live Video + Faronheit Blog Coverage

The Paper Jets rocked the stage at West Chester University’s Aid to South Africa event last Sunday, and we’d like to take the time to thank them for having us. It was a great event for a great cause, and we hope we helped you reach your goal! Now, for those of you who couldn’t make it, we’ve got a special treat for you: a live video of another brand new song from We Are All Strange Friends! This time, we’ll be sharing the full-band version of “I Said, ‘You Don’t,'” which you may remember as an acoustic demo we posted on our Facebook page several months ago. Well, here you are, one step closer to the final studio recording!

In addition, our new single, “Cooking Up an Accident” was recently featured on the Faronheit blog! They’ve been great to us over there, debuting our two singles from Sorta Bored and generally being cool-ass dudes. Hopefully, we can get out to your neck of the woods and play a show soon!

“Set of Rules” Live Video + Big News!

First things first, it’s time to premiere another brand new song that will be featured on our debut full-length album, We Are All Strange Friends! This time, the lucky track is “Set of Rules,” which has been going over crazily well at all our recent shows. Check out the live recording, taken 3/31/12 at Bar East Ale House in NYC, below.

Now for the news! The above video was filmed during our performance at the Upper East Side Music Festival’s Battle of the Bands, and we’re happy to report that we have been chosen to move on to Round 2! We’ll be playing Wednesday, April 25, at 11:30pm, also at Bar East Ale House (1733 1st Ave. between 89th and 90th St. in New York City). We know it’s a tough night and time slot, but we hope to see as many of you there as possible!

In addition, our new single “Cooking Up an Accident” was named the Song of the Day for April 2 over at Soundofus.com! They also included it on their “A Different April 2012″ playlist, so make sure you head on over and check it out.

“Friends of Friends” Live Clip
