New Album Update

To jump straight to the point, it’s almost done! We just received the final, mastered versions of every track to be featured on We Are All Strange Friends, and we’ve even decided the order you’ll be hearing them all in. Not only that, but the album artwork is now complete as well. All that remains is to get physical CDs pressed; upload this bad boy to iTunes, Spotify, etc.; and get some new music in your earholes! We’ll be revealing the artwork and track listing very soon, so keep your eyes on this space. We’re gonna make it an event!

In the meantime, we thought we’d take a minute to get all our new fans up to speed on some of our older stuff. We’ve thrown together a bit of a “Best Of” playlist on Spotify featuring the best tracks from our debut mini-LP, Face Forward; our rarities album, Sorta Bored; and “Cooking Up an Accident,” the first single from We Are All Strange Friends. We hope you like it!

Triumph Brewing Co. = Rocked!

Sending our love and affection to all those who came out to see us play at the Triumph Brewing Company in New Hope, PA, last Friday, November 30th. Honestly, this was one of our Top 10 favorite shows ever, maybe even Top 5. We hope to be back really soon!

For those who couldn’t make it, you can check out videos of “Of an Extrovert / Forget You” and “Pumped Up Kicks” recorded live at the show. Enjoy!

“It’s Only Talk” Downloads to Aid Hurricane Sandy Relief

On Monday, November 5th, we will begin selling our new single, “It’s Only Talk,” on our Bandcamp page. All proceeds from sales of the track will be donated to the American Red Cross to help with Hurricane Sandy relief efforts. The track will cost $1, but you can donate more if you would like. Below is a statement from the band.

“As New Jersey residents, a band that has performed at Seaside Heights and Asbury Park, and ultimately human beings, the devastation Hurricane Sandy has wrought on the Jersey Shore has affected us on a deeply personal level. It is a sobering thought that many of the places we played and the boards we walked and goofed around on simply aren’t there any more. Our hearts go out to those who are still in danger, and we hope that this gesture will help in some small way. The Jersey Shore will rise again, and when it does, we’ll be there to rock it!”
